Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Quick Deals on Meals platform — this website, the QDOM diner app and the QDOM restaurant app — operated by QDOM Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17065413). By creating an account or using QDOM you agree to these terms.

1. What QDOM is

QDOM is a marketplace where independent restaurants publish live, time-limited promotional deals and diners discover and claim them. QDOM is not the seller of any meal: your food purchase is a transaction between you and the restaurant, paid at the venue as normal. QDOM charges restaurants a flat monthly subscription and takes no commission on meals.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to create a diner account. Restaurant accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for the business, and venues are subject to approval by QDOM before going live. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

3. Deals and claims (diners)

  • A claim reserves a deal for you and generates a single-use code valid for 60 minutes.
  • A claim entitles you to the advertised deal price; it is not a payment. Pay the restaurant directly.
  • Codes are single-use: once redeemed (or expired or cancelled) they cannot be used again.
  • Deals are offered by restaurants, which are responsible for honouring them and for the accuracy of their listings, menus, allergen and dietary information.
  • Do not claim deals you do not intend to use; repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.

4. Restaurant terms

  • Your subscription is a flat monthly fee, billed via Stripe. You can cancel for the next billing period at any time.
  • You must honour every valid claim made while your deal was live, including deals you later pause or end.
  • Listings, menus, photos and deal content must be accurate, lawful and yours to publish. QDOM may moderate, edit visibility of, or remove content and may suspend venues that breach these terms.
  • Staff accounts you invite act on your behalf; keep their access up to date.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to bypass claim limits or single-use codes, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no uploading unlawful or harmful content, and no interfering with the service’s operation or security.

6. Liability

QDOM provides the platform “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality, safety or availability of meals, for a restaurant failing to honour a deal, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@quickdealsonmeals.com.
